Real Estate Referral Agents
In the Lowcountry there are many licensed real estate agents that have placed their licenses with what are known as real estate referral companies. The agents cannot conduct themselves as an active agent but they can refer a Client to an active agent and receive compensation for that referral when the transaction is successful.
The sad part about this situation is that in every case the agent that provided the referral receives only a very small portion of the gross commission that was earned by their referral.
Now, we have decided to create a referral company that I believe will offer referral agents an opportunity for a huge increase in their benefits. I believe our referral company, Lowcountry Referral, LLC, will pay out more money on referrals than any other referral company in the area.

Just remember one thing – as an active agent you might think being with a certain company helps you but as a referral agent it should be about the size of the check you get and we give you the largest.
